Building digital India: enhancing capacities through libraries and information

The book explores libraries as a broad foundation for interaction with information and information management in a digital work in furtherance of digital and skill India vision so as to broaden the participants understanding of library management in the context of the educational, training and research mission of the institutions in online environment.
